I work with women who are ready to shift their pattern of self-abandonment.
Women who are highly capable, who have done a lot of therapeutic & spiritual work, but something is still not clicking. They study somatics, emotions, and embodiment, but still don’t feel connected or resourced by their body.
They still connect access to pleasure to being in connection with someone else.
Women, I am here to support you to anchor deep within yourself. To start trusting yourself and moving through life from your center. I am here to support you to become more resilient and have more capacity for relationship. I am here to support you to be in your power, pleasure, & love without neglecting any parts of yourself.
We will work directly with your body & nervous system through hands on sexological bodywork and coaching.
We will confront patterns of hyper-vigilance, holding, control, freeze, people-pleasing, fear, fight, or dissociation. We will slowly teach your body how to open into all of these places and allow energy to move freely there.
From here, we can access our body’s natural response of pleasure and learn how to resource ourselves with our own bodies.
This work is a way of coming home to the woman you already are.
Anchor: $650 (2 hours)
There is something truly magical that happens when a woman supports another woman to open her body.
Open to her grief, support her to let go, support to feel where she has been holding or contracting. Slowly, steadily, with unwavering presence and safety guiding her into her birthright of PLEASURE.
As women, we have the gift of never-ending access to pleasure. But first we must meet what is blocking it. Where are you stuck or frozen? Where are you too scared to feel?
Together we will peel back the layers, slowly. Inviting more openness and sensation at your pace. I trust us.

This is a sexological bodywork session. It is one way touch session blending womb & yoni dearmoring, pleasure activation, & sacred spot modalities. We will create safety using clear boundaries & consent. We will move slowly, listen closely to what your body tells us, & follow its natural opening & closing.
Descent: $950 (3.5-4 hour immersion)
A woman’s descent is a critical part of her feminine journey. Descend down into our womb, into our gnosis, into the truth of who we are, in our bodies’ power to contain us. From here, we can meet life with more resilience and capacity. I am your guide on your journey of descension. Often, we give up because as we descend we encounter so much density - old pain, trauma, shame, fear, terror…. This where the hands, presence, & love of another woman come in. Allow me to guide you loving back to the center of yourself.
In Descent we combine hands on sexological bodywork with an integrative Intuitive Astrology session. Connecting the descension into your body, eros, and pleasure with your mind. Immediately making the connection between the big journey we go on together with your life and how to create lasting changes.
Highly recommend this as it combines two of my main areas of expertise - fusing mind, body, and spirit as allies.
